Preview before you pay

Festafetti lets you build and see your whole pack for free before you spend anything: every bingo card, the word scramble, the quiz, the scavenger hunt, and the advice cards, with a sample watermark. You only pay $19 once you have checked the pack and want it clean, with the answer key unlocked. Because you see everything first, a paid party is generally non-refundable.

When we do refund

Fair is fair. We will refund you if something went wrong on our end, for example:

• You paid but the clean pack or the answer key would not generate or download.
• You were charged twice for the same party.
• You were charged an amount that does not match the price shown.

Printing problems on your own printer, paper, or cutting are not something we can refund, since the files themselves are correct. Print one test sheet before you run the whole set.

How to ask

Email support@festafetti.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the link to your pack and the email you used at checkout so we can find the payment. We aim to reply within a few business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
