Who we are

Festafetti (festafetti.com) is operated by Mining Wells LLC, 17595 Harvard Ave, Irvine, CA 92614. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Mining Wells LLC. For any question about your data, email support@festafetti.com.

What you give us

You do not need an account to use Festafetti. The information we hold is the party content you type in: the occasion, the guest of honor’s name if you add one, your bingo words, and any quiz, scavenger, or advice-card text you write. We store that so we can build your game pack and keep it working at its permanent link. If you never build a pack, we store none of this.

Your party details are yours. We do not use them to train models, and we do not sell them or share them with advertisers.

Payments

Payments run through Stripe. When you pay to remove the watermark, you enter your card details on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not on our site. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe sends back a confirmation and the email you used so we can mark your pack paid and send a receipt. Stripe’s handling of your data is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Analytics and cookies

To see which pages help people, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These tools set their own cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, rough location from your IP address, device type, and how you move through the site. We use this in aggregate to improve Festafetti. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies. Our own site sets no tracking cookies beyond these tools and what Stripe needs for checkout.

How long we keep things

We keep your saved pack so its permanent link keeps working. If you want a pack and its data deleted, email support@festafetti.com with the link and we will remove it. We keep basic payment records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@festafetti.com and we will respond. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights, and we do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Children

Festafetti is a tool for party hosts and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
